Communication and Notification

As the name suggests, communication and notification is the process of sending out automated messages to customers, in-house staff or agents on various aspects such as schedule changes, e-ticket number, special requests, airline status etc. This system can be deployed for airlines, consolidators and agents.

At Wizie we have developed software, which send out communication and notifications either periodically or when an event occurs. We send e-mails and SMS/Text to the registered e-mails and telephone numbers which help our clients get more business and increase their profit margin.
